I still can't get mine to work....Can we please get some kind of response from a mod. I feel cheated and ignored. I'm not a fan off whining but this really isn't good enough. When we're buying things with real money we deserve a little customer support.

A JMod acknowledgement here would indeed be nice...

However, for what it's worth, I did manage to raise this issue directly with one of the game developers when I ran across them in game yesterday.

I'm hoping the issue will be fixed with the next game update... in the meantime, don't forget to
send in your bug reports

i hope this begins working soon; although i did notice some of them at the duel arena today, but they were only when the other person got a critical on me I would get

I have sent bug reports on the heroic crits, but still no word on why they don't work. Can we get some kind of guidelines on how to properly activate them, am I doing something wrong? It's been a week now, and I've seen those fancy words once. In the duel arena, then they stopped working again.

EDIT: I see the previous post, good to know it's not just me. :3 Carry on, I'll wait for the patch.
