it will be nice to get them working, as mine are unable to be seen the heroic crit im speaking of.
and i hear many say that only the user can see them, some have stated that this is because of there being possible gambling with them.
but there is a solution for that, just don't make it so they are random.

EXAMPLE: i have all of the mining overrides from the store. i can enable all of them and every time i mine it shows a different one.. BUT<<< they are shown consecutively and not randomly. so it is easy to know what one will come up next.

If they were to make the heroic crit's come up consecutively instead of randomly, then there would not be a gambling issue cause its easy to know what the next one to come up will be. then that would allow for other players to be able to see them too.

anyhoo.... good to know they are being worked on at least.

if the player who bought the pack is only one who can see the affect it shouldnt affect gambling also now "games of chance" can be reported it shouldn't be a problem please fix it jagex or refund runecoins

These crits seem very interesting!

- Are the hitsparks' colours random, or consistently the same colour chosen (if you can choose)?
- Are the Crits in the colour you use only (green for ranged, blue for magic) or are these also in random order?
- Will only my crits change for me, or will I also see other peoples crit in heroic crit way?

(and no, I don't mind others not being able to see them, tho it would be fun)
