You must keep in mind Jagex didn't do a single thing with the loyalty shop for like 10 months so in that time they could already started with the merge or already transfer all outfits and other cosmetic gear into the Customisation option, also the content on SGS was less back then it is now and it could have been released in like February or March of this year and not in August ~ September.

It no surprise with the delay as theres little money in in it for them
their to busy working on the SOF updates as RL Cash now comes
before true players LOYALTY.Which is why i and others have been
begging for almost a year on the forums for this update to happen.
I Notice theres never any 'hiccups' with the hated SOF of course.
Lets hope that Yelps gets incurable hiccups and dies soon.
As for it being rushed lmao they've had 8 months or more to get
this up and running or at least tested.
All this 'they gotta make a profit is laughable thats what our
membership fees are for the SOF is greed for shareholders.
Those of you kissing Jagex's butt are either newbies or gullible.
Just look at all broken promises they keep producing.
This is all being done as the next Loyalty points are due out
in the next few days so they'll give us x amount more as
' A Good Will Gesture',so predictable i think i've been here to long :P
Then we are supposed to say how great Jagex are to us.
Summary; Jagex; more communication with your players would be nice.
.And now the end is near its time to raise the final curtain.
Regrets i have a few, but i did it my way.

You said two hours ago that information is coming and you never had the decency to tell us it was delayed then. TWO HOURS WITHOUT ANYTHING.

Why do you treat us like this? Who is the higher up that decided to keep us in the dark.

It's bloody disgusting that we're being treated like this.

Their communication skills with the customers leaves a lot to be desired.

Ahh the problem has arisen. News article dated 22nd of this month.

You may want to scratch off customer support priority from membership benefits if you guys are being laid off.

You act as if Jagex owes you the world. All they're doing is making sure this update is one of quality. There's no illuminati stuff going on, SOF helps pay for game updates.

why are you trying so hard to talk some sense into other ppls heads, while you totally seem to lack at it yourself.


Actually, he brings up a very good point. You're just too ignorant to realize it. Most people whine that everything that JaGeX does is bad. Oh no, so they've delayed it. Big deal. I'd rather have the update be polished and clean than unfinished.
