Jared Kelso, yes it is a disaster.
They knew even longer than two hours but refused to tell us anything. Their customer support is useless. When Emilee was here she
always
told us what was going on during update weeks (if she was in the office) . She would tell us whether things were looking good or even slightly bad, she ventured out to get that information and not just tell us to wait for hours.
She's gone and the community is left with nobody that actually cares or knows how to engage with the community.
Agreed, we had to wait till 4:30pm in England to hear that their wasn't going to be an update on the date shown on the homepage banner, in game message etc, Surely if it's taking this long to fix all the bugs/hiccups happening, you'd of known it wasn't ready for that day... & wouldn't need to of put "new is coming soon", if they didn't know it wasn't ready untill late.. then surely it's not far from being ready? thus meaning it could of been released the day after.
Edit: My view is they're going to add it to the September BTS & try & pull one over us by saying thats one of our 2-3 updates for the month... I hope i'm not right though.
