Once again, just as it happened yesterday.

Posting updates and such on their twitters. BUT NO INFO ON THE FORUMS.

What is so hard to understand about that? Info should be on the main site FIRST. Not your stupid social media accounts.

Maybe you should realize that Jagex doesn't need to give us any information at all. They really don't. They could turn everything into their patch notes pretty much. They don't tell us anything about the patch notes at all until they are released. Hell, those are even more exciting than this update you guys are crying about. It's pretty pathetic.


Looks like you need to learn something called basic decency. You do not, repeat, NOT edit what a person says with a quotation mark. That would be lying, and you aren't a bloody liar, are you? :) Liberal defacing of quotes by other people is just rude.

I do not. I prove that Jagex does not have to give us any information. They are not being forced to hand us information about any update... But they do. Why? Because they can.

Day or so means 1+ days. This means 1 to any number of days.

This is what you guys are mostly complaining about^ ... Think about it.

Also funny how when you go to the shop tab on the main page and click loyalty programme it still says it will be available august the 27th :)

Indicates how much effort jagex makes to communicate via either the forums or their bloody site.

I don't see anyone forcing you to get a Twitter account.

Be happy Jagex gives us any information at all.



I don't get your point? Do you not see why people are angry that there is very little information on updates on the actual site, yet more in places that are not public? E.g. Mod's fcs, Private Message or Twitter.

And Jagex should want to give us information - I think all companies want to achieve good customer service.
Seeing how the forum community often reacts, they probly dread posting anything about anything here unless they absolutely have to.


Yeah, I can see that... :P

But then again from what I can see the only annoyance of people on this thread is over the communcation of Jagex - not their annoyance at it being delayed... Although that would probably change with other, non microtransaction, updates.
