Owner/CEO/President/Whoever: OK sales and customer support teams, we're going to be having an event next Tuesday that many customers will be attending during which we will introduce them to some new products and some upgrades to the customer loyalty program. We will definitely have all of our program and product information available for you to distribute to customers by Tuesday, so make absolutely sure that you display the advertising materials for this event around our stores and related retailers.

*Tuesday, opening time*
Sales person: No, sir i'm sorry we actually have absolutely no information regarding the new products or program as of yet. I can't really tell you much more because i don't know.

*Tuesday, many hours later towards the end of the one-day event*
Sales person: Attention all customers - due to unexpected difficulties in the new products and program, this event will be postponed temporarily for probably about a day or so maybe. We will notify you via our website for when the event will be rescheduled.

Dr. Vector: You guys do business kinda similar to another company I can think of, which is to say your way of doing business is terrible and whoever's responsible should be out of a job for doing so.

From what I have seen in the other post on loyalty and solomons a lot of people were thinking they were gona get cash items for a fair loyalty price but when the bts came out you could see on a jmods pc screen a bank booster costing 130,500 loyalty points. Seems they figured out fast if they release it with such high cost to loyalty they would have a bad situation on their hands. My opinion is that you can't mix cash value with loyalty value and when the cash value is higher than the loyalty value loyalty turns into poison no one wants to drink. Please keep cash items and loyalty items separate that way no one can compare cash items and loyalty items and figure out cash items have more value.

a big WTF Jagex first off you claim to be doing something for your members, i actually like that part because recently all youv'e been trying to do is get money through all these Micro Transactions, and the SOF where people buy XP ( from the company against RWT) but seriously no new quests, only remakes, the community that pays for the game wants more of their demands met we don't care about, "OMG look a thing to cover up this sword," we want more stories, lore, quests, or even updates to existing stats. The one update that you make that actually shows you care about the members in i can't remember how long, and you postpone it after many banners, and 2 weeks + of not being able to buy stuff from the loyalty shop. What you people at Jagex have to realize is that the "Loyalty shop" is exactly what it means, the people who buy from the "Loyalty shop" are the people who put money in your pocket not the person who has a few extra dollars for a cosmetic override. The more you ***** over your community the less respected you become MICROSOFT is learning this lesson with their XBOX 1 policies learn the lesson soon
