If you have a forum as large as this one with a player base as large as this ones' is and no other normal means of communication, why not just turn to the main source in a reasonable amount of time and quell the ensuing tides.
I 'unno. Through thick and thin I've dealt with it as I can. Any other company I tend to have issues with gets a mouthful of complaint from me and like customer service usually tends to do, (as it being their job) I get helped in an expedient manner.
Jagex... Jagex works a little differently. And after a near-decade of the constant meh-face I make at stuff like this, it tends to get a little tiresome.
