Yep, totally agree with a lot of posters - I work 5 days a week and I won't have time to play enough to get into the top 1k of players and will probably not be able to complete each challenge depending on the amount of time needed for each one.

Given that a lot of players work or have school to attend, it would be better if getting the outfit was based on something other than completing every challenge or getting into the top scores.

A pity that Jagex didn't consider that the majority of players have a life outside RS before they published the rules!
