I'll be honest, after the initial release of the EoC I have become increasingly disappointed in the lack of truly EoC worthy content and the, somewhat strange, fixes that seem to have been implemented. This doesn't mean that I am completely against the EoC, I still think the concept is a drastic improvement to what we had, but there are plenty of issues that need to be fixed.

It is great to see that you adressed some of these issues in this BTS video. Skills being more valuable in the damage, accuracy and defence calculations is something I am very happy with. The addition of Ranged and Magic basics is welcome too, the rotation on those styles was quite limited - especially in areas where you really don't want to be using multi combat abilities such as ricochet or chain (e.g. Automatons, Kalphite King), you instantly lose a major part of your adrenaline gain.

Armour balances are something that need to happen too, rather sooner than later, but please do take your time to balance it and make it as good as you can.
I don't think the damage boost you gave bandos was a solution, as it is hardly noticeable, and doesn't look very neat either in a system that has critical bonuses, which seem extremely suitable for the job. Still, it is a step in the right direction, so hopefully your improve upon that.
Personally, I'd prefer an entire sub-class of light, medium and heavy armour - light being DPS focused and heavy tank, with medium taking the place between those. That, along with more statistics per item (preferably the ones we had before, extended with critical, lifepoints and two more styles for ranged and magic) would be great, but that is because I like micromanaging and this type of complexity in gear.

The same goes for weaponry, the more stats, the more customisation, the more personal and strategic your equipment can be. Please keep this freedom in mind, as a purely tier based system doesn't do it justice and for people like me this can either make or break an entire combat system. Simple on the surface, but infinitely complex when you have a deeper look is the ideal system.
On a related note, I believe item rarity should be taken into account when statting items. An extremely rare level 60 weapon, for example, should have the ability to be equal to a common level 70 weapon. Godswords do this to a certain extend with their unique abilities, but I believe this too should be more common - of course balance needs to remain, but there is nothing wrong when certain rare, more valuable, weapons turn out to be superior to items of the same level that are easily obtained.
This is a step away from the purely tier based system, but I feel it adds something to the game - freedom and customisation.

I also believe (see light, medium and heavy armour a bit higher in this post) that far more armour types needs to be made. During the beta I mentioned how chainbodies are completely worthless now that platebodies are superior on every aspect, which simply isn't right. There should be a use for medium helmets, chainbodies and square shields; weapons such as maces have been revived in the EoC, but seemingly at the cost of armour.
Perhaps a suggestion like this is more suitable to a Smithing overhaul, but without a more complex armour statistics system, it simply is impossible to create enough difference between gear, especially if you wish to give each item a unique purpose. So I truly hope these statistics are expanded.

Revisiting the combat calculation would be great too, as obtaining level 200 is far to easy and unbalanced. As it creates a lot of hidden advantages (Prayer, Summoning, Constitution).

Anyways, after all that, I'll always be a combat noob at heart. It was the first thing that interested me in this game almost a decade ago and that hasn't changed one bit. The XP speaks for itself really.

So while the EoC has been disappointing at times, it certainly isn't a lost cause. I truly hope that you continue to work and improve on it for many months to come, as it has the potential to bring this game to a higher level. Good luck, I'll be waiting for the improvements to appear in-game.

PS: Any type of reply, would be appreciated.

Thanks you for working on this!

Off topic suggestion- Please make GWD gear (Armadyl, Bandos, and Subjugation) level 75 gear. It should be one step down from Nex gear, and it would pull them out of a crash in price. Also, it would seperate them from Barrows. Thanks again.

So yeah, I'm glad to hear about all these new updates and such. But sadly I won't ever be there to enjoy that. I've just been robbed for all worth when a person was claiming to perfom "Quick-trades" thus another partner of his cast a tele-other spell that drove me off to wilderness. I've lost 300 millions that I've put very hard work into obtaining, all of that lost within one minute, that's an very pleasent feeling. So it aquired to me, Why the **** do you create flaws in the game that allows low-life people whom would seek to rob people for hard work? Why do you allow teleports that do such thing? Stupid jagex, I certainly won't ever use my money on your site ever again, farewell.

Runescape will most likely be dead soon.

I was reading your posts Ingmar War, and they are very interesting. I agree with the possibility of light, medium, and heavy armour such as having chainbodies be a light or medium armour and different combat uses. That sounds very useful.

I am really excited about the future changes coming in March and maybe April(?).

Good job on the Origins of Gielinor video. You guys should do more of that! :)

Blaming Jagex for your mistake of spam-clicking, "Accept trade?" Yeah, okay. #logic
I'm sorry for your loss, but that's why you don't obey random players (without thinking about the situation first), and you should pay more attention in-game. Consider this as a lesson learned. We've all been there at least once or twice. No reason to quit over it and fuss.
