Careless, messy, sloppy: Again, you have released an unfinished product.

Those responsible for this unkempt code called RS3 NIS should resign, relinquish and yeild their positions to qualified professionals who will get the job done properly.

Original message details are unavailable.

Click Through Chat: A consistent piece of feedback is the loss of click through on your chat window. We wanted to get this in before launch

F Key Customisation: It’s coming soon!

Bugs ...it is incredibly difficult...

You knew about these issues so, why didn't you honour your commitments by solving these problems prior to release?

Considering that the previous system had 'click through chat,' the new system should have had this as well.

Function keys were standardized: F1 Inventory, F2 Gear, F3 Prayer, etc., tidy access to useful things, fully operational when in chat mode.

Customers that depended on the original state of these function keys, and customers that like to customize, should have been able to attain their preferred use of these keys given that you had advertised customizability.

With these points alone, clearly, this is unacceptable.

You released an unfinished product.

Change is needed at the management levels to deliver better results given the challenge of developing a high quality game in a competitive marketplace.

In the meantime, Jagex should reimburse customers with free game credits as proof of Jagex's sincere apology for these unreasonable inconveniences.

Jagex should offer free game credits to prove the company's genuine concern about providing excellent value for the customers' money and rebuild confidence in the game.

Fortunately, there are customers volunteering to help fix Jagex's game.

So, Jagex should reward all these customers with awesome gifts because they are helping to fix this flawed product.

Final note: it's more cost effective to get things right the first time.

I'm not sure how you get away with showing a supposedly new RS3 in glorious HTML5 when in fact HTML5 is / has been delayed.

I was expecting bugs. I got bugs.

I was expecting daily patch notes. I got.... conned again.

Sadly, and it shouldn't be the case with all the innovative ideas floating around, I am feeling less inclined to log in and play each day. I think management must be in denial because the NIS (while I like it) is so glitched it's way past laughable. It doesn't do what it says on the box and it can't even remember what you tell it to do between mini games yet alone between sessions. Worst of all, it has the ability to go completely teats up by simply typing some conversational text to a friend (or the world at large) and there generally isn't time to recover from this during combat.

The new login page reminds me of when I first played Oblivion. The RS3 graphics aren't as good but the music score makes up for that entirely. It looks very much like a new dawn, full 50 fps and enticing sounds in my ears - until I log in that is.
The audio becomes almost inaudible, fps crashes, the game is juddery. There is nothing essentially new enough here to call this RS3. A missed opportunity I fear.
Then I have to load my preset, then I have to reset the keyboard sensitivity - which in turn messes up the audio even further (Is there any particular reason why all the sliders have an affinity with eachother other that poor code?) before finally dragging the blue overlay to where I last left it. Now I can start to alter the friends list curtains and once again set my profanity filters to my choice and start to play - arghh!! lag spike!! Booted to login. Now start the whole procedure once more.

Are you quite sure this is a step forward? Oh, and I forgot to mention. Even though I'm running a quad core and dedicated 800hz graphics with matched 4gb memory I need to run on Low Settings to achieve 12 fps. Yep, best update ever, Jagex. Now, please wake up..!!

Mark, while I personally like lots of changes and what we can do with the NIS, I also have to criticise you guys for the way you launched this.

* Not every player is a computer expert and the new interface system not 100% intuitive.
* While there are a few instructions in the 'RS3 welcome' dialogue you missed out to give players who struggle with the new interface a really helpful tutorial.
Maybe take a look at " Runescape 3: New Interface System Basic Guide" by "elGravyTrain" on Youtube. Now that's more like it!

I'm not saying this to bash you. It's just that I received mails from a few clannies of different ages who aren't that savvy and were really frustrated. Some of them even 'taking a break now' which is just sad.

Maybe review one of your layout presets like 'retro' to make it look even more like the rs2/eoc interface. I know it sounds silly, but it's really basic things some people don't get like 'Where can I join my clan or friends chat now?' or 'Where's my combat screen?' we're trying to answer. A really good video tutorial can cover things like that. Put it under 'getting started'. Seeing you are YT pro's it shouldn't be so much to ask for :)
