Why do you keep calling this "Runescape's biggest update"?
This update is TINY in comparison to the release of RS2, in which you completely rewrote the entire game engine, and recreated the whole game world from scratch, from Al Kharid to the Underground Pass.
Explain to me how on earth a redesign of the interface is your "biggest update ever"?

I'll repeat my comment from page 3:

How the does Jagex think that this is the "biggest update ever"?

Runescape 2 Andrew completely rewrote the entire game engine, FROM SCRATCH, and redesigned the entire map of the game, surface above and below, FROM SCRATCH.

That to me, is worthy of the title "RS2". This, is not. If anything, RSHD was RS3, and this is RS3.5.
I tend to agree with what he says, and I think a complete rewrite is indeed required here. Runescape has become slightly claustrophobic.

Expand the map to make all of the unnecessary teleports worthy of being there, and by expanding the map you can make room for more updates, and content. So that a things like BoL wouldn't seem so squeezed in.

I think because Runescape has been here so long both the community, and developers are too afraid to do anything at all for fear of losing something that they have put so much time into.

Myself included, I have put alot of time and money into this game. I can see it's end if things go unchanged. It will be a sad end....

Thanks for the reply. Sadly, the end is already here. Since the release of Pay-to-Win microtransactions (Squeal of Fortune), the number of paying members has sharply declined from over 2 million to less than 580,000.
