It isn't all supposed to be about instant efficiency, though. Aren't games supposed to involve some effort? ^^' - And what is the point of regular teleports now? We might as well remove them from the game, why would you ever need to use them.

I just don't get how the lore matches up with some of these lodestones....

Canafis- Is there now something blocking the werewolves from teleporting? You wouldn't think that someone would want to add a lodestone connecting varrock with a town full of werewolves, especially with vampyres in the area.

Elven lands- Why would they allow those to be put in? Don't they want to be isolated from other societies?

Running from one place to another isn't effort, it's just time consuming. You are still perfectly free to walk between destinations if you want.

I am ok with this but I dislike the wilderness lodestone for the fact that people everywhere do not want to accidently click it without realizing it even I misclick it often
and I know there will be a group of people each world just camping that lodestone but if it gives a warning message u must agree to first I am fine with it or if the lodestone for wilderness takes you is like a simple safe spot that's fine to but if its not a requirement for completion cape or the trimmed version then woohoo. :)

i think it will give a warning that can be toggled off but the point is still the same, 2 or 3 people with ice burst/barrage can easily kill anyone coming on or off the loadstone if no safe spot is implemented, basically setting up a big death trap for any player hoping to activate the loadstone or coming off it for say temple at Sennistine/ cursed mage trees or any wilderness related item

It is not about we prefer to walk, we are complaining because this undermines other teleport methods such as elf crystals, POH... Lodestones are waayyy to OP

I agree about the lore not lining up with some of these. According to a recent quest the lodestones were developed by the wizards tower. I would think that the lodestones should only be in places where the wizards tower itself could access.

Lore-wise the inhabitants of certain locations might not want a lodestone. And the wizards tower people might have difficulty getting to other locations, as well, to install one.

In the past we used multiple quests to access the wide-ranging tele's (fairy ring quests)- can't you just create a range of quests, that match the extreme reward with some difficulty and lore?

What did I ever say about walking. I explicitly stated *regular teleports* are made useless by this.

It is not as if teleporting is being introduced to the game. We already have it. But now all the requirements for teleporting are being removed, and thats just silly.
