@Robbert Hood I appreciate your optimism, however, due to the reasons listed, I disagree with you.
I expect quality and, it's been suggested numerous times that they invest more in their Quality Assurance Department in order to prevent those errors, bugs, etc., that should have been resolved prior to many of their previous releases.
I am paying to play a fun, smooth running game; I am not here to do their work of reporting bugs or whatever else.
So, if it's not ready, then so be it - there's no need to release an unpolished product.
When you report a bug, they the developer are working towards making your experience as the Customer better. They design the game to work on as many different platform possible, and but there are literally billions of combinations of hardware/software/drivers they can't test. No company can.
If you have issues with the HTML5 client, please feel free to use the Java client. Rather than force HTML5 only, they are supporting the Java till the game completely works on html5.
That is the sign of a good company.
