these are all true stories ur saying. But what really grinds my gears is that Jagex takes F2P off of the highscores like they are no longer real players. But then counts all f2p accounts everytime they want "biggest f2p/mmorpg" in the world title.
i spit on u jagex.

Hey guys! Enough of the "how much bots are there?"
We all know that 90% of rs is infested with bots and a nuke would just make them wait for their bot to update and they would start botting again.
But hey! It's still 200m accounts! We should be congratulating ourselves, not Jagex, for wanting to share our time with this crappy game and make 200m accounts! Plus, tons of accounts you count as 'throwaways' or 'bots' and 'ads' are actually lvl 3's who use this as a social networking site!
Think about it: there's public chat, clan chat, friends chat with your friends, and private chat with your mates! Instead of going through that crap of facebook reg, do RS social networking! Good idea right there.

Well, about time! I've been here for some time on and off. Always enjoy seeing the game improve and enhance with anything possible. Seeing the popularity increase is always great. Thank you to everyone who has stayed dedicated to within the community. Also, I'd like to thank Jagex for their hard work and dedication to bring us our wants and needs. You guys have done a great job with the game, keep up such amazing work! Enjoy whatever events that are planned to be happening!

I have to say it is not impressive to have 200 million accounts when so many are meaningless.
Bots ... all the kids that create new accounts on a frequent basis .. come on this is not as big a deal as Jagex is inflating it to.
Let's see real statistics that might make us impressed .. like how many accounts you have had for 10 years that are active. How many accounts are really active?
