I am in Texas, and as such we are not able to D/L and use the official RS client.

My question is this, will the HTML client fall under the same issues the old client faces in this state?

Will we, in Texas, be allowed to use the HTML browser?

It really fascinates me how many people haven't read even the first page of this thread. Those of you who are asking questions like... "will this be a new avatar" or "will we be restarting" or "will we need Google Chrome to run it" etc. etc. etc. please, just can it would you.

i.e :- read the FIRST page before posting ANYTHING ! ! !

Not really what I was hoping for.

We need to be able to start fresh, too many people bottled their exp.
Too many people got gold through unscrupulous methods.

Too many people are max level and will soon tire of the game if RS3 is just some visual//audio tweaks with a few extra features.

To top it off I am not a fan of being forced to use a single browser. So HOPEFULLY at least a downloaded client will work.

I'm really excited, my girlfriend recently made a Runescape account, and while helping her out I seen all the new changes for players who are starting the game. This update should get a whole lot of new players into the game. It could even change how the community works together.

P.S. How about a group mini game for level 4 players. The mini games should show all the dynamics of the actual game and get people started, as well give rewards like food low level gear or something like that.
