I'm wondering if this will be a add-on to eoc so rs3 will basicly be eoc, but with the improvement or will it be like runescape before it became eoc? Also will this be a split server like when runescape 2 came out for demo/official when runescape classic was still here and there?
This is honestly EXTRAORDINARY! Can you please let us know as soon as possible:
- What are the requirements for HTML5, and how we can check if our computers have the requirements (FOR MACS AND PC's)
- And if we do not have the requirement*, what steps we must go through to get them.
Because I am sure lots of people will go to extreme lengths to meet these requirements for HTML5 in order to experience RS3 in its fullest potential
I'm calling shenanigans, this is an April fools' joke, they do this every year. What was it you said about the "Wet n' Wildy" theme park?

HTML5 RuneScape engine? That's not going to happen
The reason being that most browsers don't fully support WebGL and won't for a pretty long time. In fact, the only browser with full support for WebGL is Chrome. Firefox, Opera and Safari have partial support and Internet Explorer has almost none, and this is why RS3, if it is coming, isn't going to be HTML5. Notwithstanding the fact that JavaScript is one of the WORST languages to write game engines with, it would produce a slow and inefficient experience.
WebGL is also incapable of producing graphics at the level of RuneScape in its current state. There would be no "upgrade" to graphics and sound if they were using WebGL, it'd be a massive downgrade. If you want to see some of the "best" things WebGL can currently produce, open Chrome and just Google "WebGL game engines".
I also call BS, this is an April fool's joke... and it's early!
Edit: and another thing... fully orchestrated? lol
