Most of these are just quality of life improvements that have zero impact on actual gameplay. People complaining about these and using the slippery slope argument are overreacting and need to take a step back and calm down. A few small updates and changes that make the game more enjoyable won't start some domino effect that ruins the game and suddenly changes it back into EoC.

As for Grimy vs unidentified for herbs, personally I would prefer Grimy. In the current system, I feel like every time I sell an unid herb I am either ripping someone off, or getting ripped off myself. It's not enjoyable in the slightest, and I can't see any good reason why changing it would be a bad thing.

Unids to grimy and left-click bank booths both have an impact on gameplay.

I've decided to vote no for these changes as Unidentified herbs were in the game from 2004-2007 before things started to go downhill and I also think this would be the most fair as we'll get ridiculous prices for high level herbs otherwise. Better pay the same amount of gold for all of them and get lucky than buying any particular sort.

Left-click bank booths is one of the many small things that made this game easier over the years. Runecrafting would be a bit faster. As will fletching and herblore when doing it at a regular bank.

It occurs to me that a Likert-type scale would give you better data.

I was only really interested in voting on two of the options, but I was forced to vote yes or no on all of them. At the very least let us vote or abstain from each item individually.

It would be better (though I realize it bucks rs traditional polling style) for players to voice how important each item is to them. For ex:

I want the option to remove roofs:
strongly disagree, disagree, neither agree nor disagree, agree, strongly disagree

I believe this system of polling would give Jagex better data thereby keeping more os players happy and keep more $ in Jagex coffers. This game has the potential to be epic (or more epic?). Please give us the tools to allow that to happen!

@Mike - It's clearly because the Runescape community is probably one of if not THE only intelligent community on the internet. There is not a being out there who can comprehend this community's vast intellect and superiority.

Real answer, I have no idea why people voted no to this either nor do I understand why it's even in the POLL. The option should have been in game from the start of the server launch.

Because clearly a split second is making this game easier. If there was a better reason I'd have sympathy but the entire argument is based around left clicking once over right clicking and then selecting the option which only takes one second at most unless you're the most inaccurate person ever when it comes to clicking.

Regarding Unids being changed to Grimy I really do understand why some people do not want them however this was in high demand for years and IIRC a very small minority objected to the change. Was the change good? Yeah I think it was as it stopped players scamming with herbs as well as made organizing your herbs in your bank easier.

what would be the point of an abstain vote, it just complicates things... yes or no, its not that hard, if you don't want to vote, don't :P and people need to vote for the ftp pk worlds more! thankkkssssss :)

... and if we did have an abstain option, suppose the results came out like this:

60% Yes
15% No
25% Abstain

Of the people who voted Yes or No, 80% voted yes. Would you be okay with us developing the feature in that sort of situation? Or would you say that the feature didn't get 75% Yes votes, so you'd prefer not to have it in the game?

It might be almost impossible for you to get 75% Yes on anything if abstainers are counted as No votes.

why is this vote being treated differently then any other vote..

for all other votes the abstained vote has always been treated as a no vote.

was the abstained from vote rule only good enough when it servered your purpose back then but now it wont work for you so you changed the rules on it??

i feel the fix is in... this is rediculous.... you are going to rig the vote so no matter how the vote comes out.you are goiing to do exactly what you want and not what the players want..
