Easter 2007 please! I want to play that again <3. The rest is just minor stuff. You never were our brightest star, Khazard. 'Vermin slaughtered like lambs'? What does that even mean?

Would be greatly appreciated by a number of the osrs community if we could all push that f2p world vote over the 75% mark. This is something that will not affect anyone unless they choose to log on to those particular servers, as we wish too. Please be community minded and help us get the game we want to play, as it wont affect your experience :)

Don't forget what you're doing with these polls.

You currently have 100% playing, and generally happy.
You're going to accept votes @ 75% yes which will split
25% of the community off. Maybe they'll just be upset, or mad, but many like myself, will quit.
So now you're down to 75%. But, each different vote will cut off a few more and a few more and a few more people.
So after poll one you're already going to be back in a situation where 50% of the community is all: "All yeaaahh! Yay I'm part of this half and I'm happy!"
and you have the other half of the community that's angry as hell at you, and the OSRS community. Good fight... it's now the EOC community situation that you've been in for many years.

So... yeah.
I suppose if the goal is to widdle off people so that in 6 months, an additional membership fee can be added, then yeah, this will work.
But meh. Oh well.

Just my opinions I guess.
I know all but one of my close friends will be quitting pending the vote ending, giving approval to several updates. I suppose this still isn't as bad as EA, though.

If any of the updates from this poll make you quit, than I think it'd be better if you quit anyways.
Barring the Herb one, none of these should have any possible negative effect on your game play

You don't understand how this works.

We get Right click/tab to reply.. and left click to bank...
eventually enough people complain that they get a vote to add HP/Prayer next to the minimap.. and then enough people complain again to get GWD and claws and chaotics and eventually EOC. (Granted unlikely on the EOC part.)

Also you're a brony, I can't take you seriously.

I fear that a number of people aren't giving thought to their answers when applying them to the Oldschool servers. At the current standing, almost every single one of the posed questions will be implemented.

I can't remember which questions they were, but there was 'right click to reply to pm' and 'tab to reply to pm' at the moment, both are going to happen. This is just completely unnecessary, and definitely un-oldschool-like.

As I said above, people just seem to be clicking yes to everything, without actually thinking how it will affect the oldschool feel.

The questions regarding things like a couple of freeplay worlds won't affect the oldschool servers at all, since that's an optional world, that won't affect the main worlds, but the ones that change the entire aesthetic feel to the entire game are surely a step in the wrong direction? :\

If you honestly think half (let alone 75%) of the community would even CONSIDER voting yes to GWD, Chaotics, Etc. then I'd have to greatly question your logic.

Please, tell me ONE THING that is wrong with something like a tab reply.
I would love to hear your detailed reason as to how this has any negative effect on the game.

Right now the poll is NOTHING BUT interface updates (again...barring the Herb one) that have no effect on actual gameplay...xp rates....items...prices...etc on the game whatsoever.

For polls like this...if it makes people quit, than GOOD.
I'll understand people quitting over content updates, but nothing like this.

And cute.

The updates that reduce clicks effectively make it easier for a bot to be created. Granted, tab to reply doesn't aid bots in any way, but things like one-click banking do.

What Kevill suggests is that the more votes that go the way of moving OSRS towards EOC, the more genuine OSRS players that will disappear. With the disappearance of these players, a higher percentage of players will be people that 'don't mind EOC' therefore making it a lot easier to achieve the 75% of the vote to change the aesthetics of the game.
