soooooo..... how long till its available in the solomon store?

you go on an on about promotional offeres that you can only get with membership pre paid cards.. then a few months later you put them in the solomon store? i thought the whole point was to offer exclusive cosmetics?

Theoretically, if the 'game cards' were at the same price as an annual membership rate, it'd still not be free unless you walk to your nearest local gamestop and that your time was worth no money. Sure. Any of those untrue? Well there you go, that ain't free at all.

Then again, it's unobtainable in Brazil and France which you have translated the whole game into.

I call the bs meter level at high.

Well Jagex, I bought an entire YEAR of membership, which was supposed to include many "exclusive" benefits. This is in addition to the 6 month card i had already bought. I don't need to purchase any sort of card until mid-2014. But now, I can't get this outfit, even with my "Gold" membership? A friend told me the point of selling those metallic memberships was to improve the bottom line for Jagex, not to help the player doing the purchasing. I see now that she was right. It's march of the year I bought in advance, and i don't see a whole lot of benefits. Where does the queue start for refund requests?

Guess what? Not everyone lives in a big city! My nearest GameStop here in the Republic of Ireland is over 2 and 1/2 hours away!!!! So everytime you come out with these great rewards for buying a card,some of us have no choice but to go without...not very fair,is it? Also,how about people who buy monthly or yearly membership with their credit card or Paypal...yep...you guessed it...they don't get these new rewards either!!!! The only reason I have some of the older rewards is because I bought the recent year membership that came with them for a limited time. Something is wrong with this picture -.-

Like I mentioned in early posts several times:

" There have been some major bad decisions made in the Jagex Headquarter! "

Somebody needs to leave the management, due to there complete incompetence ( " The names of this persons are very well known to us all. " ), and that very soon, before Jagex looses to much of its value customers.

This here is again one of the typical prime examples, what is going totally wrong.

Some heads have to roll, sooner or later, that's for sure!
