I would sum it all up as follows:

Don't bother buying Premium Memberships - as you get nothing that was promised

Don't bother posting in their forums because they never read anything past page 3 and as such nothing will be done about it

If I'm missing anything else, just quote and add.

The cape looks nice, but I will not be buying a membership card as I have the premium membership and I assume I can get it later on anyway with next years' premium membership deal.

Offer bank space and extra spins then people will buy membership cards by the dozens.

This is not a 'Free' item for me just to grab....don't manipulate words jagex. If it was 'Free' I would just go into solomon's and search for the free items as usual and just have it equipped in-game.
So all I'm asking for is that you remove the 'free' word from the post on the news page as it's a misleading title. You don't get this item for 'free'. You get it with a purchase of a 30-day rs card on certain retailer's stores around the globe. And don't tell me is 'free' just because now you can purchase other old promotional items on solomon's. Still not free.
Nuff said.

Hi,
I redeemed a $25 red card, and I chose 60 days of membership and runecoins. I did not receive any of those, or the skypouncer outfit. I am very annoyed with this situation, and if you could help me figure it out, it would be greatly appreciated.
