Once again i will miss out on exclusive items our outfits in this case because You Jagex screwed me over...

I have paid for the 12 months Gold...and in total the next 15 months paid up already....and an active direct debit subscription to follow that, i also have over 9 months of live game play time clocked and have played th game for over 5 and a half years....HOWEVER...I do not Qualify for this reward???

Why should i have to purchase yet another 3 month membership card for this???

Gold membership, has of yet with the exception of runecoins and 1 extra free spin been a complete shambles. AKA...

1. No Beta testing
2. No Exclusive News Letter
3. No Exclusive Content
4. No Exclusive promotional items for your Gold Members
5. Who won that competition for the trip to your HQ anyway? Anyone?

Where is your Loyalty to the members?????

It's about time you start to treat the players with some real loyalty for the money and time and investment we put into the game, instead of once again hacking everyone off by backstabbing us.

i mean, there was a red card at the 7/11 on my way back home, so i decided to go pick one up for i have seen the promotion this morning. I mean, they could have bolded or highlighted that it NEEDS to be a EB games gamestop product. i really dont see the difference from buying from different retails. i still would like an explanation of some sort, i mean, its still the 25$ CAD red card ... comon man bro. sucks. :(

If you're actually paying attention, a lot of the complaints are from Gold Members like myself who love the outfit, but don't see why they should have to shell out yet more cash to Jagex just to be able to obtain it.

are yall going to make it where people who bought the 12 month deal get it? im kinda miffed i paid for it and have to buy more and more membership to keep getting cool outifts, people who bought the deal should get them all no matter what.

FML!!!! I used a game card a few weeks ago to finish off the shadow sets, had I know this was gonna happen I would of wated. Now I may not be able to afford this outfit. :c

Currently, the only reason to have signed up for the Gold Package Premier Club Membership, is the 25% Discount on the 1 year of membership.

So far there has been no Beta testing, no newsletter, no "exclusive" content, no promotional items that were available to Gold members without ANOTHER purchase of membership, no extra spins on the SOF that I am aware of, and finally, no extra runecoins other than the 2000 gotten at the time of the Gold Package purchase.

I don't understand...
I have been playing this game for over SEVEN YEARS now, am I not "loyal" enough?
Does my 100+ days of actual playing (in-game time) and dedication mean NOTHING?
And also...Why are those of you at Jagex Studios not even responding to any of these questions regarding loyalty, Gold Package Premier Club Members, and YOUR definition of "FREE" stuff?

What did us paying members ever do to you?
(Besides make you guys millionaires).
