The online shop indicated for Switzerland GameStop does not sell Runescape cards. A search of the word Runescape results in an option of a game called Ape Escape, it's a PS3 game.

I totally agree with Portiir in the fact that i too am an annual member whom does not need a card for further game play. Why can we not automatically receive perks due to the fact that you already have our money.

Redeemed my red $25.00 card today and did not get the outfit. What is the problem? Also am very frustrated with the difficulty in being able to message someone in customer service regarding my issues.

Same as Ldy Purzzzz, (my sister) we both redeemed a red card and no outfit. To report a problem you have to be a super brain. Not easy at all. We are both gold members, which means we have purchased a full year. We both have not seen all the "perks" of gold membership we were promised. Ldy Katz

Not to mention that the "newsletter" or any "betas" for "premiere members" have yet been business as usual:

promises.

We're back to floods of SoF/SGS-pseudo-updates that replace real content.
