free...? how buying a game card makes it free?

even worse, I live in south america, and have no way of even accessing the said stores.

If you had the minimum of decency, it would have been available for any players that buys membership in any way......

Jagex's definition of "exclusive" means that they'll just release this outfit to Solomon's store in 2 months for everyone to get without having to buy a game card!
