I think it's mainly to see who is going to actually pay to play it.
However if we vote, we get 1 month free membership for 2007, so by subbing just to vote is just like paying 1 month early.

Jagex you should really make it clearer that if people renew their membership to vote their first month will be free, since it seems most people on here haven't read that.

Oh, right. Bleh, my memory's foggy so the years are more of a mix matched of events, aside from it being pre-Grand Exchange and all that. Even though, I'm curious...would it have all those: "Dangerous Zones" notifications.
