And you mention this why? Sure, maybe for the Call of Duty series this worked, due to its high expectation, but where did this happen for eoc? Because from where i see it, Runescape has gone straight downhill as soon as this eoc was put into place, nobody even played it while it was in beta, and those that play it now, are either past WoW players, or are new to Runescape and have never seen the years 2005-2008 when Runescape was peaking in it's glory days, therefore, don't bother comparing this to Call of Duty, when for 1. Call of Duty is on all main consoles, where as Runescape is only made for pc, and 2. Do you see Runescape in commercials on t.v and on posters advertising the good parts about it and none of the bad? the new Call of Duty's are overrated, and one of the main reasons older COD's died out is because they are filled with boosters, hackers, and modders because their creators no longer pay attention to them.

This reminds of the fourms back when RuneScape 3d came out.. O well.. I believe RuneScape is done. The only reason why I havent given up on the game is becasue my childhood is in it. Thats why if I didnt get this account back I probaly wouldnt be on right now. And thats why Im not play the 07 version because im not starting over again.

I agree with this, but i might start over g2g for the night

A double/triple XP start, or even AVERAGE weekends, would be a great idea i think. People caught up in work/school wouldn't fall too far behind the more fortunate (those who have their weekdays free :D ) in the case of extra XP weekends.
