i haven't played in YEARS. saw a post about this on a different website. came to check it out. bought a month of membership (holy crap didn't know it went up from $5) and cant wait to vote on this. i agree with a lot of previous commenters, im fine with updating it to the 2008/2009 era as well... just as long as its before the eoc.
needless to say, im excited and hope we can get 500,000+

even people who don't care should vote on it because it wont affect them, but give the people who have been there from the beginning a shot to play the game how it was. lets be nostalgic!

i miss running my mining company on the forums before the grand exchange.... those were the days

Keep our stats. give us money coins to compensate for items lost while transferring back to 2007, and give us godwars/GE. PvP will pretty much be the only reason people do this anyways, gotta make it easier for us to jump into the game. or else there will never be enough people making supplies because no one wants to start over at level 1 when their account on real RS has multiple 99s

How about adding an option to pay for a full year (Much like the 1 year premium membership i already have) where in which you get all holidays items up to the 10th of August 2007.

This will be a sign of loyalty towards 2007 servers plus give me a chance to get bunny ears :x

Whether to add discontinued tradeable holiday items would and should be up to Jagex, as the obvious overwhelming answer from the public would be 'yes'. Personally I'd only like the untradeables but it's not up to me :)

Dude you dont think.. Just because your "friends dont like it" doesnt mean the rest of world doesnt like it.. Talk about me being stupid.. Just because you have 2 friends that didnt like a game doesnt mean the rest of us didnt think it was good.

@rofl bow ko

Too be fair, it did, but the weekends were every 6 months, having it a regular occurrence could just mean herb prices etc will always settle around the same price, sure on a Friday/Saturday morning they might peak a little, but with people not remembering back then how slow it really was training i'm scared alot of people will quit within the first week due too lack of supplies in the economy (no one will have lobsters too train with, no rune scimitars etc) and being able too train up faster even for an initial 1 week boost would greatly boost spirits towards training/grinding i'd like too think.
