Honestly, I would rather this current server with the old combat system we had back in 2006-2007. It was fun, people had there own little unique spots, and methods to train their stats. This server also has an economy, it would be easier to just use this economy rather than spending time on building one. Where will we get Santa hats, Phats, Christamas Crackers, or any other type of rares. One thing about Runescape, we like to dress up and look amazing. I honestly would rather PVP with the newer weapons that we currently have, than the older weapons. Whips, DDS, and G-Mauls are always fun, but Dragon Claws was amazing, God-swords are loved by everyone. That is why I believe it is better to use the current server. The older graphics, no offense they were horrible, but at the time they were what we liked. The player base was huge, and we liked that, people merchandizing on their own, free-trading, we loved that. What I liked at first about the idea of bringing it back is that we all had to start fresh, just because who would be at the top, could it be me? Now, I just don't like the idea so much. That is why I say, old combat system. Now if you do change the combat system back to what it used to be, I would like it very much, as well as a few others. Maybe make an identical server with the old combat system? We all had out training spots, Rock Crabs, Monkey Madness Tunnels, Bandits, us players are lazy and we like to AFKably train (No offense to most). I vote old combat system, but if not. Than I'll vote for 2006-2007 style because I've been with Jagex through good, and bad. I know half the players would like RS07 back, and it would be a fresh start. Race to the top, I'm up for the challenge. COPY AND PASTE IF YOU AGREE!!

Make sure the poll isn't rigged so non-members can't vote ah that's sounds stupid. Don't you realise people like me ended 3 subs a month because of your inability to use your brains and listen to a certain part of the community.

Now you have listened you *till can't use your brains to implement a decent strategy for the poll ,although if your strategy is to get old people to re-subscribe for one month to vote maybe your not so stupid but just the money grabbing company people make you out to be these days.

Make people who have been a member for a certain amount of months previously able to vote along with people who's actual account creation date is before a certain time.

I will pay a membership to play this server. Don't rig your own poll by not allowing me and others to vote fairly for what we want and will pay for. You clearly do not understand the hard core of people who love these times and will make the server fun, enjoyable and active are the ones that ended their subscriptions over a shoddy update you call EOC.

For once use your brains and realise that your paying customers enjoy your new "shoddy" EOC update and may *** care for an old game, don't be idiots and turn a blind eye to people that could of been paying members for 10x as long as your "current players" but quit over your inability to listen to the old gaurd that have been with runescape through alot.

For once in a long time jagex use your brains, your educated and smart people, make a poll asking how many paying, ex-paying or old users would pay for the new server, how many would play but not pay. Then I am sure you can do a nice little business model to see if its worth while.

Sort it out for once for god sakes.

Why is this open to only members????? I removed my membership of more than 3 years of auto pay because of the EOC and wanted pre EOC game to come back.... I would come back if that happened. However I am not going to pay a membership fee just to vote with no promise for this to even happen.... To me thats extortion....making someone pay to vote when we would have kept our memberships for it in the first place.... Jagex has just become a money grubbing extorting piece of garbage... This vote should be open to everyone so that your original true fans could participate. This is a rigged to fail.... Another JAGEX FAIL!!!!!!

a quick look at the highscore tells me that there are 1844618 members so no need to be so secret about it ;) Disclaimer; I'm just a random guy on the internet, I tried to give you some good advice and/or helpful insight but that makes me by no means an expert on anything. So think about anything I say and feel free to ignore me if i said something stupid.
