Stop thinking it's $22 LOL.
The additional part is talking about the $15 which is an additional free to the current membership fee.

Also people, they apparently barely got back 2007 back-up servers, I honestly doubt they have any information regarding player stats/items back in '07. Jagex isn't that good.

First i would like to give a big thank you to sowreck3d for making this possible because i believe if it wasn't for him non of this would work and i wouldn't have been motivated to come back...
