To all the morons asking : Will my account be level 3? The community will be split? and all those *** ass questions, read the top of the forum. Supporting the 2007 server 100%. Although It would be great to have 2010-11 (new graphics not twitchy ones) but if you can't find the code that's alright.

Oh, this is just ******* dandy.

The private server reprobates get their collective demand.

After they snub Jagex and denounce RuneScape they run off to play on a game based on Jagex's stolen code, after they say they'll never return to "real" RuneScape ever again, after they engage in mindless spamming of the forums night and day, Gerhard decides, "hey listen, let's cater to these guys!".

You really are out of your mind**** Gerhard.

Detracting from my game, the RuneScape I play (and currently pay to do so, despite my own reservations about your company which I will come to), so that Jagex staff can cater to people who have wholesale supported copyright theft, is just ridiculous.

What's absolutely LAUGHABLE is the bit where you say "and if necessary we will implement our anti-bot technology". You don't actually have anti-bot technology operational in the legitimate RuneScape game, so how do you propose to import that vaporware to this other hack?

2006/2007 has come and gone, let it be.

Focus instead of this alleged "anti-bot technology" and free us, the legitimate supporters of RuneScape, from the bot menace.

Oh, and the "vote". Yeah, like the "jaw dropping 14 million" votes weren't fabricated via bots and throwaway accounts HEAVILY skewing the results or anything. The private server reprobates are guaranteed to pull the same tactic.

I am disgusted.

What about Discontinued items?

Would these be transferable to the 2007 Servers? They are a large part of the RuneScape Economy. Perhaps an additional fee could be charged to transfer a certain amount of items that were present in 2007 version of the game.

Personally, as a veteran player who very recently started playing again, I love the direction the game is going and am excited to see future updates!

I would definitly play on these servers, and I would also hop on the EoC from time to time, I think I started rs in 2008, but personaly I would prefere 2009-2010, when there was Godwars, nex, and dungoneering, tbh I think this time zone would get you the MOST people to sign up, however I am only 1 person, and even if 2007 is the server added, I will play that as main runescape. And I really do hope we get the 750k votes, because I don't really want to pay 15 extra dollars per month...

What people really want, whether they realize it or not, is just to have RS the way it was just before they rammed EOC up our butts. Get rid of EOC, SOF and SGS. People want to play RUNESCAPE, not a generic MMO wannabe.

I doubt there are actually even 250k member accounts that are REAL players (not bots and gold farmers) at this point.

I can't believe someone would fall for their come on, and pay just to vote. Ya know what PT Barnum said...

great idea only con is you have to be a member to vote. All the old players who quit and wish to vote cant because you are forcing them to buy a subscription fee.I mean there is only about 100k players that are members so there is no way in hell the votes will get up to 750k unless you let everyone vote,I see this more of a way to get more money forcing people to sub just to vote imo

From a person who plays regularly and can't keep up with added content, I welcome this possibility. I continually find items I wasn't aware of and haven't explored several major content updates from years past--never mind the squeal of annoyance and real world cash for hire items.

I miss the days of skilling with new friends and having a meaningful conversation minus the beggars, gamblers and thieves. Making a profit from hard work and reaping the benefit from high levels should be the norm. Good armor shouldn't cost billions and you can keep your graphic update overkill.

Don't get me started on EOC, I still enjoy the game but less is more in my book. Simple elegance is a lost concept--more is not always better.

Regardless of your views, please keep it positive and a sense of humor is always a plus. Having fun in spite of corporate RS! Take care my friends.
