I have a very important question.

In 07 server once our stats are "fresh", what happens to rare items like partyhats, santa hats, and masks? Do they not exist? Curious about that one. Also with this in mind, will you have like a thread or post about huge changes from today to then? I believe all players to be able to know the difference of 07 and now. As a friend of could just say, "hey, i'll join the crowd and just vote yes to just test it out." He doesn't really know what he is voting on. Just something I would like cleared up with the rares and a thread about HUGE changes*****, special attacks, etc.)

This makes me OVERJOYED to see!!! I am beginning to believe in Jagex as a company again, as long as this keeps progressing in the right direction. I would prefer it be at an equal membership rate as the current version, and hope enough votes are cast to make it so.

On my drive home today I thought... there better be a hiscores with this, and lo and behold, they said there would be!

And... no Grand Exchange will be present! I cannot believe how perfect this sounds. Everything I loved in RuneScape will be in this version, and the major aspects I disliked will be nowhere to be found!

I am also very pleased to see that everyone will start fresh. This makes it very exciting seeing who can be the first to do many things, stay on top of hiscores, etc. This is exactly what I wanted to hear. AND the chat system would most likely be connected with the current RS, so friends on both versions would be able to communicate!

Best part of all - our current account names would still be the ones we use, so no one would be able to take the names of others, old famous names, etc.

PLEASE support this with a vote. Even if you are going to remain in the current version of RS. It would mean a lot to thousands of people just like YOU, who played the game, and wish to continue playing.

It would mean the world to many of us.

when we vote over a million times for the real runescape, youl be focused more on EOCRS when more massive numbers will be on the real RS. i havent really touched rs in the past 3 years, but i will be a loyal player WHEN we get the real runescape. THANK YOU.

DOES THIS MEAN THEY WILL BE A CHANCE TO MAKE ALL NEW ACCOUNTS NAMES OVER FOR THE SECOND TIME.. ONLY USED IN 07 SERVERS?

& WILL THE OLD HOLIDAY ITEMS AND EVENTS TAKE PLACE?

Excellent proposals for a branched Runescape development :)

1. The 2007 servers will be members only: This will deter gold-farming bots.

2. There will be no rares to hoard: No incentive to scam, hack or RWT.

3. There will be no GE, so players will interact with each other... no easy place for bots to dump their ill-gotten produce... no unfair competition, no convenient venue for advertizers, gamblers and scammers.

It will be worth skilling for our own needs once more!

In fact I think it's worth getting membership just so I can vote emphatically 'yes'! ;)

Very excited for 2007 rs if it actually happens! love the idea everyone starts at level 3 again will be awesome i think but we would have to build our own economy without the GE so it will be interesting but it could make it even funner!

the only reason i ever could get turmoil was becos of a 3man divine split whats the chances of it now if we cant corp? we HAVE TO KEEP OUR OLD ACCOUNTS! as for only members to vote is ******** half of us quit becos of beta which was the problem and now we have to pay more to get it back becos jagex screwed up, please fix these urgent matters or people with maxed accounts wont bother.
