@ModPips "Several people have asked about rare/discontinued items on a 2007 server. We've not got any set plans for this yet, so why not let us know how you think we should introduce rare items, if at all?" This is a tricky one. Rares certainly made a huge difference back in those 2007 scape days, but it would be hard to fairly distribute them among players. The only options I see are too let no one have rares, or give them to everyone.
Also, please DO NOT add gwd or any of the content post August 10, 2007. Lots of things like dragon claws and godswords really hurt the "classic" RS2 pvp in my opinion. New updates dont really have a place in 2007 scape, the one exception being bot watch support. Thanks for the updates Jagex, I really look forward to playing RS without a GE as a noob again!

I was 14 years old in 2007. Unfortunately, I am old now and do not have as much time as I used to with regards to spending time training back up. The generation who played 2007 Runescape is now older and do not have as much time as they used to.. I'd suggest not going through with everyone starting from scratch, you'd get more players to come back this way.

We need to have Rares/Discontinues because what will people spend there GP on after they get barrows armor, 99 Skills, or/w.e. the most expensive item in game on August 10, 2007.

I think the fair way to actually have value in the rares, is for the people that currently have Rares/Discontinues in the real game can transfer it to the 2007 Version. (Should do the same to bring Holiday Event Items, Ex. Jester Hat, Yo-Yo, etc.)

If we drop these rares tons of people will farm the items, and the item will have no value in this server, meaning there will tons of GP everywhere not going to be spent.

YES YES YES WHERE DO I VOTE!?!? On a seperate note I think people should be able to take their accounts from the main runescape but probably not their money, I have worked hard to achieve high(ish) levels and think its unfair to have to start over.
