I have a couple of questions:
-How will display names work? If you have a changed name in main RS does it transfer over, or does it stay the same as login?
-How will PC work? Old PC where XP rates were high or nerfed XP rates?
-How will rares/holiday events work?
-Will there be a separate, unique forum for 2007?
-What about old 2007 glitches?

For all you people complaining about "jagex only cares about money"

Ok, u need to understand this: Jagex is a COMPANY. Jagex is not ur friend, jagex is not a part of your family, they're a COMPANY. Companys are made to make MONEY. Jagex wants to make money because thats what COMPANYS do. I'm so freaking glad they have actually listened to the community, and give us a chance to go back to 2007.

I'm also annoyed because I cant go memb right now, * would, just to vote for 2007 servers! I hope u guys can do it without me, in you I trust! If 2007 comes back (with the smaller xtra fee (250k votes), I'm in and more than glad to pay for it. Also the fact that every1 starts fresh is AMAZING. I just love it. If I remember correctly, this account was made in 2007, and I do not need or even want my *tats there, I just want to start fresh and feel the nostalgy.

Thank You, Jagex for all the hard work, and mostly for listening to the community, I hope u can make some sweet money from this aswell! :)

I understand you stated that we will be able to log in with the same log-in and pw, BUT will this be true for our display names as well. I feel that i speak on behalf of the entire rare name community when i say our names are important to us. We are known widely across Runescape by these unique "rare names" and we would not like to lose our identity. Could you please be more clear as to whether you are reinstating names or allowing them to transfer over? Thank you very much for this opportunity to go back to some of the leading foundations of this game and experience our golden days again! - steve

I'm curious as to how the character names will transfer. Like If I was to get members on this account and play the 2007 version on this name would my original user name be my display name on the 2007 version or would my current display name "Im Tank Bruh" be the name displayed? Please clarify! Thank you!

You can vote and then refund your membership.

This is the important part. Just don't log into the member's world.
