I'm going to say this is awesome but also lame at the same time. I've been playing since 02/03 and this game really has a lot of memories from when I was a kid. (Hence why I'm actually still playing) I would love to get a chance to replay those memories but I have a few concerns on it being members only, starting at lvl 3, and rares. A lot of the good old community that made runescape what it was have been gone not because of dung or gwd but because of EOC. I personally have played it all and EOC isn't the worst update but should not have removed everything about the game that existed before. The old community in my eyes all won't be convinced to buy a month of membership just to hope their vote counts on the game they loved. It should allow previous members to vote or you really don't care about your game's community. Now onto starting from lvl 3 and rares ;} I'm *** opposed to starting over because it is a fresh start but it really is annoying to have to redo everything you already did. If you make rares drop the first year of this server for those old holiday events I think I would **** myself. I think I gave my fair share of thoughts. Thanks for trying to listen though jagex! lol

Oh my god here we go again. Jagex why are yall so freaking stingy. Make us pay more for this!? This is supposed to be special remember! I really wanted old rs back, but i'm not paying monthly, so forget about getting payments from me. All yall want to do is make more profit, you don't care what we want. Your only doing this because yall want more money! Do something nice for once and stop charging every person for every idea that pops up in your head. You re-think about that paying monthly crap.

I appreciate the concept of bringing back the servers ( as long as the servers ) and not the game content from 2007. I've worked way to hard and enjoyed bossing pre eoc.

Meaning the days before EoC went live.

If the game goes back to August 2007 I'm sorry we will loose a hell of a lot of game content I and other enjoyed over the years. You miss the point EoC is not what I or others want.

I feel like I'm damned if I do or damned if I don't.

As a player who started his Runescape adventure back in early 2006 I'm so excited for this. Through the years I've been leveling up many different accounts *** sadly I lost my interest in the game about one year ago.

I'm happy to say that I'd be glad to pay membership to get this opportunity to relive the old memories. Around August 2007 must have been the most fun I've ever had in my Runescape career.

So now.. As a 20 year old 'man' I'm returning to Runescape just to relive the nostalgia and get to play the game I once loved again.

You played your cards well this time, Jagex.

Im 100% for this idea and i cant wait to see the out come, but i have one question, because you say its separate entity to the current Runescape game, does that mean this account that i am on now will not be able to log in meaning it will it be all new accounts? and also if i get to use this account to log in do i keep my skills and quests that i have achieved?
