@ all who are wondering about the people complaining about starting at lvl 3.. it is because many of us have been here for too long to do it all over again. And while I'll vote yes no matter what, so the ones who want to can start from scratch, I sure as hell won't do it again ;)

OMG my friend told me off this idea, i cant wait for this!!! I will 100000000000000000000000000000% be playing on this. This will be the best rs update for years! Ever since i played rs back in the day always wanted a restarted server back before the G/E with the epic bank sales and to sotp over powered weapons/Skill that only higher lvls could get. THIS IS THE BEST EVER AND I WILL GET MEMBERSHIP JUST TO VOTE FOR THIS.
PS Already telling old friends that use to play before the game changed from being the epic RS we use to know!!!

Do you even HAVE 250,000 paying members?

Just make it so that you can only vote if your account is 1 year old or older, or 1000 total level or something. As it stands the poll is stacked HEAVILY against the people who asked for it, and even the most supportive players will have a hard time trying to justify $22 a month for Runescape.

How will there be any rares in the game if all of our accounts start fresh?
