...I both like and dislike this... But more dislike, particularly since it barely interests me personally (though I do find everyone starting fresh intriguing, I would like to see how long it takes people to become established, since there's never been a fresh start moment in RS history, except the beginning, which I wasn't even around for). I don't like that if it gets enough votes it won't get a supplemental income to make it more viable, as that would seem to take away from the existing RuneScape budget and/or negatively impact Jagex as a company*****;****; (While they did mention it wouldn't affect the main game, the only way I can see that being true is if it affects Jagex's revenue instead, which also isn't a positive, as I can't see this making much money.)

Overall, while it's an interesting idea, I think the effort and money would be better spent in more staff and servers for the main game instead of a dead-end version from the past.

A couple of questions, though...

If it gets under 250k votes, would one require main-game RuneScape membership as well, or could they pay for the old-game servers exclusively?

And, this won't affect RuneScape Classic in any way, will it?

Sorry if those were answered elsewhere, but I didn't have the time to check the thread, but I don't recall them being in the FAQ.

This is awesome!! But just one question...

Will we get to keep our items and stats and bring them to old RuneScape?

If not, please make this an option so we don't have to play 2007 as noobs!!

Please, anyone who is reading this and still care about this game - buy a membership to vote in this poll. If anything, do it to prove to Jagex once and for all that the EoC was a mistake by showing them how 2007scape will flourish and the 'Main Game' will die.

I was come only 7 months later and was always sad about my late join in rs.
Ok i am not so good in speaking english, but better as in 2007.^^ So get it back pls. :)

No EOC, No SOF, No GWD is ok for me, without G E had not know till yet, but i wish really to can enter in this game version. I hope really there will be not so much laggs how here. I am real interest to see how 2007 was. :)

Upon log-in, will the choice to choose between current or old rs be apart of the world selection? Or perhaps a seperate game client? What I guess I am trying to ask is how will we be able to differentiate logging into the old rs and the current one.
