for all of you people who want a 2008-2009 server, jagex explained in the article why they can't do a 2008-2009 server. they said the 2007 copy was the only one they could find and they changed their systems after that. read the article please before complaining. 2007 is good enough for me.

Why can only members vote? I understand the part about not wanting the votes to be rigged, but couldn't you make it so that only accounts made after a certain date can vote?
So many people quit and canceled their membership, is there even 750k+ members left to vote?
