Istarias, calm down.
No one will come running or crying to you for symphaty if 07 fails. Trust me, you are not that important as you might think.

Also dont worry about the additional payment. It will be only added to the ones that JOIN 07, not everyone. Adding it to everyone doesnt make sense since the dev team is separate and it would kill the whole game.

So no need to worry - current game stays the same and you get rid of the whiner PK-rs that you hate so much. Id vote Yes for that if i were you.

I'm in the same boat as Deus Nemesis. Nearly a ten year vet, maxed out stats.
I have no problem with losing my progress from 2008-now, but I don't see any reason for me to lose the results of my thousands of hours of work in from 2003 to 2007. This progress was legitimate, and within the system that Runescape had set in place then, and I had no unfair advantage over other players.

I'm glad Jagex has finally decided to listen for once, assuming this isn't a marketing ploy. However, starting over just isn't appealing to me, especially when I already put the effort of pre-2008 methods into the game. I don't see myself giving Jagex money to start over the time I've already put into this game once before.

altair i agree, the current members should just vote yes i mean its not going to affect there current game, they should just help those out who would like to play one or the other or maybe even both such as myself

Huh... guess Jagex finally realized that us "old timers" were a major part of the game... and now you want us to subscribe to vote?, how about this Jagex, you change it so people that were members during the 3 months leading up to EOC can vote? then we who left BECAUSE of the EOC can FINALLY have our say in a game we PAID to play?

of course, I`ll be sitting here, and IF this poll gets to Level 3, then I will come back and you can have a bit of my cash again.

Until then (even if it means I can't vote) I`ll be ***ting here laughing at your obvious attempt at getting my money just to vote on a issue of YOUR making.

We didn`t want the EOC, so we left... tell me Jagex (if you dare) how much revenue did you lose due to the EOC? and let me guess... you want it back?
