Theres just 1 problem:

Every player is going straight to combat training solely for that 2007 version, training 126 as fast as possible.
This is just bringing clan world alive after Jagex ignored PvP and made rs pvm/roleplay content based.

Which means:

1) Every decent monster is ridiculously camped
2) No-one has resources or supplies

As much as i would like to relive some of the good old days, i hope this doesn't happen. Even with the chat across servers and some community events, im afraid this will divide the community like oldschool vs newschool.

Also, the vote only shows support. I will probably vote yes but if i started playing, i would quit it within a week and go back to the main game as its the one getting the big updates that will define runescape in the future.

Also, you hope to bring back the veteran community as it was "better" back then. I hate to say it but the game doesn't make community, player behavior make a good community and alot of these vets have grown up. They dont have the same attitude anymore, so it wont even be the same community as it was in the past.

Overall, i hope it doesn't happen as there is a fairly good chance that it will seperate the community no matter what jagex does and that is not good for any game. If you (jagex) decide to release, i hope you weigh ALL the possible outcomes of this 2007 server, and assure us, the players, that it was the right or best decision to make! If you can do that, you have my support!

Cheers MMG, while I won't be playing it massively I will most likely play it. Will we be receiving our own Hi-Scores on these? So As everyone will start afresh we could train up and be rank 1 in a skill etc?

This is so awesome, most definitely something that I know me and most of the community (and not just the Pking community) have wanted!
