Does anyone know how the games will be called? RuneScape Old, Old RuneScape, 2007 RuneScape, Old School RuneScape, RuneScape Old School, RuneScape 2007, Older version RuneScape, RuneScape 1, RuneScape not new... etc. And also how the EoC RuneScape will be called?

There is also a difference between these types of private servers. The current 06-07 servers have an xp-rate of 1-2. The private servers you describe give you a 99 skill in 5 minutes... Get your facts right...

lol let me try that again .. I have a 2400 total but my current skills that are not 99 can be 99 in the old sever.. so I would be achieving more If I got like 99 agility mining and slayer lol ...since I don't have them 99 now =p

I can't wait to start anew with everyone else. Sure it'll be a challenge, but the people that stay longer than the first few weeks and actually enjoy playing it like we used to will make it a lot better than the runescape we have now. I remember the community back then was fantastic and hopefully it becomes the same if not better than that. I'd trade my nearly 8 years of hard work, (well with a few long breaks) to gain my 2152 total level that I'm proud of, in a heartbeat for the old community and old runescape that I loved so much.

If you get a total of ~1700 on the old servers, it is just a big of an achievement as 2400 on the new

I was excited at first till I read that the stats are going to be reset. I am curious why they don't just drop Dungeoneering and Summoning skills from the servers and everyone has an empty bank on the servers as well. I wanted the old Runescape back pretty bad, but it's kind of a buzz kill that I have to do all the work over again to get my stats up.

I will gladly pay membership if 07 is back with no bs, right now i logged into runescape for the first time in 3 years and had no clue what to do because there is so much stupid content everywhere that ruined the entire game. RS07 TILL THE END!
