I admit, Fire giants etc did skip my mind, however nothing does drop the Rune platebody (and as far as i can remember nothing drops Rune Platelegs/skirt) and i feel that 100k players is extremely over estimated if you're not including the gold farmers that will eventually plague the 07 servers, i expect somewhat 50k+ for the first few days, week max, then numbers too dwindle too about 10k-30k. i do hope i am wrong though :(

This is just wonderful, it's going to bring back me and my best friends and it will be just like it was when i started this wonderful game! Thank you Jagex, this is like a dream come true!

When will this poll close? and what will become of rare items? also, I believe God Wars would be a wonderful addition as a future update :)

If you introduce party hats and Santa hats just in events or some sort of drop party of whatever the price and value will go waaay down and they will not be considered "rares" anymore due to people just hoarding them because we know they would be worth it. There must be some way to have them in game, and keep their rarity and respect that they have had and still have today in regular Rs.

that maybe true, but only because the ones that want the 2007 server (or atleast something before 2012) stopped paying for games that the time you spent to get your skill and equipment dont matter because people can just pay for them. The number of potential players that will pay for a new server are a greater for those that want a lot earlier that 2012, than just those that dont want the eoc. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

YESSSSS!!!!! Fully support. Before the graphic change which is awesome, and for those complaining about losing your stats, your stats will stay in the main game. I dont mind starting over because this is a Jagex release it will not go down. See you all in 2007scape!

Botscape is Runescape...

A majority of players buy the RWT gold... and they sure as hell won't spend years leveling in the old copy of the server.

They need the BOTS in order to play the game like they want to = no effort.

the value is that its highly likely to bring people back that quit. that means more money for a company that just posted their first lost in revenue. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.

First of all, I would like to say thanks to Jagex for FINALLY listening to the community. I've been waiting on this post since 2011! :-)

I just have a few other things to say about the poll.

- Don't let anyone vote this down. There's no point to the thread if people do not agree to it. This is for people who want to play 'Old School RS'. For the players who like 'Main RS', the game is still there for you to play, no one's stopping you.

- If you did not play in 2007, don't put your opinion to this thread because you obviously do not know what it was like back then.

- I don't like that only members can vote but that's your choice and I will be paying only for this.

From the players, I want to know. Do you really remember RS 2007?

Do you remember being a noob lost in Lumbridge?
Do you remember how exciting the Demon Slayer quest was?
Do you remember fighting Elvarg for the first time?
Do you remember losing all of your armor and working your way back?
Do you remember having to work for your items and not just buying them?
Do you remember using the forums to get what you needed and not the GE?
Do you remember how helpful, talkative, and mean the community was? (lol)
Do you remember hanging out in Varrock Sq? In world 1-5? (lol)
Do you remember PKing in 2007?
Do you remember Varrock wild being a hotspot for PKers?
Do you remember when people PK'd at Varrock? And not Edgeville.
Do you remember the hills, castle, and maze?
Do you remember piling your own teammates for disobeying clan orders? lol
Do you remember being excited to come home and PK with your friends?

I do. We all remember those feelings. We hope that you bring back the game we loved.

- Jagex, you have also taken down "2006scape". Over a half a million people were registered to play that game. The community was really hoping on the release, so can bring their YouTube channel and site back to promote this? I'm sure the people who registered would love to have their input to this.
