Obviously there needs to be a way to restrict the eligibility of voting to avoid spamming votes but wouldn't it make way more sense to allow any accounts created BEFORE OR DURING 2007 to vote in this, as opposed to Members only?

Distributing rares would be fairly simple. Just drop a certain number of each rare on their corresponding holiday. That way everyone would have an equal chance at getting one and they will be released in their original fashion.

Pictures are for members only. I quit in protest to sof and updates like that. That means no pictures. frankly my dear, I couldn't give a dam. never had a river to build one on.
