First of all i want to say i thoroughly enjoy the game and i still love it. i've been playing since 07 and i support the idea of bringing back the old runescape, but, with all do respect, i believe only allowing members to vote greatly stunts the potential amount of votes this poll can receive. Many players that have lost interest in the game before may not want to pay for a membership on the spot for an unsure vote. Maybe allowing active accounts that have been in existance for a few months (whether free to play or paying members) would be appropriate?

To everyone asking for the 2007 to be "free" or for f2p allowed to vote, read this.

IF YOU ARE DEDICATED TO 2007 and willing to pay to play 2007, then paying to vote will show Jagex you are willing to play for 2007 servers.

Imagine every f2p say they would pay, if servers come back, so jagex let's them vote, brings back the servers and then all those f2p decide "nah, i won't pay to play on 2007 servers". Paying to vote shows your dedication to actually paying for the 2007 servers.

I don't mind EOC, i won't pay to play to different games, and I won't vote to bring back 2007 servers. I don't see any but pkers and maybe a few pvmers going to 2007 servers.

Skillers and the large amount of pvmers will stay with eoc and all the bosses and quests that we get.

The server is not intended for "Pre EOC" its intended for pre Grand Exchange, for those of us that played that long ago the game used to have 200,000+ players on it until trade-limits and the Grand-Exchange came long..

Less Q_Q regarding EoC - more positivity regarding a Runescape without a Grand-Exchange

Jagex... I can't thank you guys enough. I understand this may be rather costly, and being a self-sustaining business as you are, money is a valuable resource. I am so happy you decided to reach into your savings and help the RS community for the sake of nosalgia.

I'm all for this new server thing because i've been waiting for it. But its stupid how only members votes count. Seriously 7.95 for a vote? What's 250k X 7.95 a vote, if we do get 250k votes? Thats like almost 2million dollars in Jagex's pocket? I think they are seriously taking advantage of us, despite them trying to please us. I'm a member, but that's practically a slap to the face to old players that aren't subcribes saying, oh well you don't give us money so your opinion is irrelevant. They should atleast go by accounts that were subscribed at one point. I'm a bit annoyed. Hopefully we atleast get 100k votes. I know we will get more than 50k forsure. Best of luck**** JAGEX.
