I voted "Yes" only because I did not completely read the conditions. I think most of the people that voted "yes" have done the same thing. I would love 2007 servers; what an incredible idea! However, I don't believe people have thought about what starting from scratch actually means. I have been playing for many years and starting over from scratch is going to ruin these servers. People are going to start up in the server, receive the nostalgia feeling, and then realize how laborious training is and how many hours he or she has spent on main RuneScape. If Jagex transferred current stats or come up with some other way of not starting from scratch, then i believe that this project will fare quite well and last a long time. However, if we do end up starting from scratch this project will crash and burn just like RSC has and it will remain a desolate, waste of space.

Guess with Jagex's thinking, members PAY to play so that brings in money therefore members are only allowed to vote.And we know Jagex is all for the money.FTP get the shaft cause they do not bring in money.

there is no way in hell i will go for it if i have to start over again as a lv 3 player!

its really sad i think i have played rs 6 times in the past 4 months.

this game has been ruined, it's really sad i miss old school rs =(

I disagree completely.

I have nearly 600 days played on this game, so I am aware of what it takes to get "there".

I also have 59M+ farm xp, and will be absolutely thrilled to start that over again!

Starting from scratch is the only way. The current skill pool is tainted by updates making exp rates too fast.

Even the 2007 skill pool was tainted from among other things [2006-style] Pest Control.

This will be the first time in more than a decade that everyone will be able to start off on equal grounds.

@PZ0s you're wrong lol, Im really excited about starting from scratch. I've got 99s , I've played since 2004, etc. and still would prefer that we start over rather than letting us get our skills from rs2k13

Especially because in rs2k13 training is a joke compared to 2k7, so it would be unfair to people who started at level 3.


Tbh if you don't want to train on rs2k7 why even play it? Stick to Failscape2k13 if you want your stats.

think about how rare items like barrows, whips, and fire capes are going to be, its going to be fun to have a challenge again and i think *tarting over form scratch is the only way to make things work. At first i was apposed to it but now it makes me even more excited.
