To return rares back into the game, i recomend that all monsters ingame have a 1%(or lower) chance of dropping such a rare on the days of the events.

Runescape sucked in 2012. pre eoc during then wouldnt really make much difference between that and RS, it would just be the game with the combat system and the game without it.
