While at first I hated the idea of SOF & SGS....
But now that I've noticed a huge amount of changes with feedback, fixes, adjustments & listening to fanbase, I've noticed you've put a lot of money into actually taking our ideas on board & actually listening to us.
If a few micro transactions is all that it took to get Jagex listening then let me tell you, after more than 8 years of playing this game, it should have happened ages ago.
Overall I think the EoC has turned into a fantastic update, it may have been totally crap at first, but with all the adjustments & balancing, you've made it great.
I hope you put more money into investing into your departments & make it even stronger, hopefully you can aspire to be as good a company as Blizzard entertainment & the likes. Maybe even one day have a phone number players can call with their in game problems (though that won't be necessary in the near future).
I think you should release skills every year like you used to, I really really enjoyed doing new skills, it felt like I was a noob again & that new experience is what we all desire, it will bring old members back & keep things fresh for current members. My first new skill was Slayer & I'd like to say that the experience of logging on & doing those slayer lvls during my year 8 school year can never be replaced, it was truly magical. You definitely need to release new skills that we can time sink into
