Hey I don't post in the forums much but I think it's awesome that you finally admit that you have sometimes been wrong! As you said, no one makes the right decisions all the time!
You always bring loads of great updates but some of them the players dont always want, it's great that you have said that you are going to make more of an effort to take more players' opinions into consideration, RS2013 will be a great year I am sure of it!

I really enjoyed reading this post (first thread I opened today, on my daily general section surfing).
I'm really looking forward on checking out said investments on graphics that were mentioned in the first post, after all, if you have been playing the game with it's starting graphics (back in the days the game worlds didn't have numbers but names like Peer1 and United Layer), there's nothing more pleasing and enjoyable than watching it bloom graphically (and game content-wise, but I think you guys knew that already).
I have been playing this since late 2002, on and off, and it's impressive how the game has progressed and how one has lived through these changes. Everything being so gigantically different than it was 10 years ago. Guess it's a shame some people believe these updates are killing the game while the only truth is that they mean nothing but progress.
I believe I have nothing else to add, just thank you guys for the effort put in a game I've been playing since I was 9, nearly 10 years old (I'm nearly 20 now, haha, guess time goes by quick).
(On a really, really, really side note, are you guys at Jagex thinking on setting up Latin servers? That'd be awesome. Other than that, I hope I get to meet you guys soon; I'm studying videogame designing and I'm very likely to send my CV to Jagex once my studies finish
