I read your news post with interest since I purchased the yearly membership and hope very much that I don't regret it.

I suggest that (at least) for 24 hours after an update Jmods peruse the forums gathering feedback. Some people never come to the forum except after updates to find information and talk about issues. The mob buff update had an enormous response but the first thing I saw a Jmod post was, 'don't worry. You'll get used to it.'
Not 'hey that doesn't seem right. I'll look into it.'

Also last year was the first time I saw Jmod responses be trollish and dismissive. Regardless of the admittedly at times rude and rantish behavior of the RS community, a Jmod should be more professional.

I really hope 2013 is a better year for Runescape! =)

@Aurioux

I don't speak for just myself I speak for more than 75% of playing and PAYING members. This is evident in the fact that the wilderness has dried up, PvP clans have been folding up left and right. There's only about 2 large ones left.

You *id*'t listen to my point: PvP'ers are a minority now. YOU HAVE NO SAY ANYMORE!

Hi Jagex, Id like you to know that Im glad for the heart to heart talk and I think it would be great for the community for more of those :P

But I've been thinking about capes and the fact that a quest cape has such low defence compared to lvl 99 capes, and being as its almost twice the xp and alot of work would it not be nicer to at least give the two capes equivalent stats. I love my quest cape and I am proud to wear it around runescape, but if it has low stats then I would have to switch it for another cape. I dont really think that 99 cooking cape and fire capes should be the same as a lvl 99 atk or quest capes in stats, and would like to suggest if you could customise each achievement cape to give stats that compliment the skills that it surrounds**

**: possibly an attack cape with an attack bonus along with a base defence bonus that all 99 capes have. and perhaps the defence cape could have a larger defence bonus than that of other capes?

I think alot of players would really think this to be a great reward for all their hard work and It would be an update I and alot of people would look forward to
sorry if this is in the wrong post but i just wanted an idea that i think would put alot of minds at ease i mean quest cape 21 defence and cooking 230? doesnt make that much sense to me, I hope you read this and perhaps do something similar :) you wanted player feedback right :P

Great tangible feedback that we can readily implement! we will make sure a sticky is placed in the recent updates when there is a bug or other content issue.

thanks
Mark

''its cute how mmg is avoiding all the pre-EoC questions (mine is on page 28) all that tells me is that nothing has changed and all the thread is, is blowing smoke''

It all has been answered on the livestreams.
