It's a good message. You just need to deliver now as a team.
I have been saying for a few years that Bots are the biggest risk to Runescape and for that reason they should be tackled at all times strongly. I do get the feeling that has not always occurred, and that sometimes the JaGex team look away for a bit. It almost comes across as you are seeking to always do the spectacular, a big bang, a revolution. Which is not what is always needed. The best work can be that which no one can spot.
The level of rule breaking in Runescape has been getting worse because of the lack of consistent message and action. Without naming anyone I saw a Pmod a little while ago telling a low level new player how easy it was to set up and run bots, and explaining how they won't be caught. The Fmods can also be lost on message and fail to understand the reality of players frustrations, leading to more frustration. The main point I am trying to make is that JaGex needs to be clear on their actions and communication to the community. Letting people speculate on minimum knowledge leads to misinterpretation and frustration, failing to correct that speculation or ease that frustration leads to anger and quitting. All can be solved by excellent communication.
