This post actually felt... promising. It's the closest I've ever heard Jagex come to admitting that they got some stuff wrong, so that's refreshing at least. While I continued to enjoy RS over 2012, I did feel that there were things that I really didn't approve of, and while it's been a while in coming, it's nice to know that Jagex will acknowledge that certain pieces of content were doozies.

Basically, if the things in this thread happen, increased community/mod interaction, a little bit more care put into stuff like SoF and the "events", 2013 has the potential to be a pretty awesome year, especially with updates like the Grandmaster God quest and two new skills on the horizon. I could be wrong. This could simply be MMG telling the playerbase what they want to hear, so as to ensure a few more gold membership sales before January is up, yet I remain hopeful that mistakes have been learned from. Jagex, that they won't keep us in the dark about certain issues, and us, that we don't bite their heads off when they don't give us what we want right now. . So, good luck to the Jagex team, thanks for the heads up, and enjoy 2013.

Let's have a fun year. I can't wait to see more quests and skill come into the game.

Also: Kudos to botwatch. Last week I've seen a new account login at burthorpe bank and, after moving one step, it got clawed away immediately. That really got my hopes up and made me laugh for several minutes

I love new things AND find the Eoc boring and lack of challenge.I think you really need to logg in to your personal account and go try the EoC in pvp in minigames/Wildly....BECAUSE NOONE pvp-pks ANYMORE.It not because ppl hate change, Its because the Eoc is bad and very boring(poor game design).

I could tell you wats wrong with EoC, but clearly you wouldn't care.


AnD Beware MMG reading these ALL these posts on this thread because most of them have little to no game time played IN RUNESCAPE(they don't understand what a "Multiplayer game" is about(Its about pvp duh) and clearly you/mod mark don't either-).,You can suck all the $$$ from addicted players with micro-trans but this has no future if NOONE WANTS TO PVP.


This game needed a change but the Eoc is 100xtimes more glitched and boring then the old system...I'd say remove it but clearly you believe ppl will adapt(u and mod mark are DEAD WRONG)2013 will be the year you offer non-stop emotes/pets and more fake virtual items for $$$ instead of making fun and interactive gameplay..,
