Hello everybody,

I have been reading through the first hundred pages of the thread, and I am very disappointed.

Mod MMG had very nice words for us. He made us great promises. And what most people post here, is disappointing me. You are blaming JaGeX for almost everything! Is it all their fault? I don't think so.

Please, keep in mind that WE are the community.

First of all, I know that most of you think that JaGeX nerfed alot things. And I agree, even tho I'm not a PK'er. I can see that less people are using the wildy to fight eachother. This has multiple reasons. Multi-way combat, the risk of losing ALL your items instead of keeping 3 (without being skulled). Also PvP doesn't give XP anymore, that are 3 important things that we should keep in mind. Those "little" things altohether is the reason why people are not PK'ing anymore.

Don't blame me if I'm not right, as I said earlier, I'm not a Pk'er.

secondly, I've seen people complaining about eachother. About quitting and still member and other BS stuff. Very Childish... very sad. Is this the way how we talk to eachother as a community? You guys are pis-sing eachother off. Just shut your mouth if you don't have anything useful to say. This thread is about 2013 and Mod MMG and some other JMods are offering you a chance to ask them some questions. Don't spam that you don't like the EoC. As Mod MMG said in the first post:

He admits that they wanted things too quickly and promised us to be more careful and responsive in the future. Take it from him and let's all support him as a big family. People learn form their mistakes, give them the opportunity to show us that they can handle it the way they are supposed to handle it.

Last, but not least: Mod MMG, Thanks for your continued support for the community. I hope that this year will realy be how you want it to be. More focussing on the community and on feedback. I also want to wish you good luck, since we have a big community with alot different people and alot different opinions.

i enjoy the skilling part of the game, but after a while that becomes boring and combat i rarely have touched as i don't enjoy one part of it... as for overall the game has crashed a lot since the eoc and i truly wish it could be removed... and before i go i know that a lot of people would want a separate server with the game as it was in late 2006, as i would love that too im sure others would too and you guys would have at least 3x maybe even 4x the membership and total players playing again, please make a beta server trying out the 2006 server and take a poll asking how many would pay and how many would play...

People are stupid, they are not going to remove eoc and more people like it than they do dislike it.

You just don't hear the people who do like it saying how good it is all the time because there is no need... If Jagex released a fair poll to decide if it should stay, more people would vote for it to stay than for it to go.

die Umfrage ob man Eoc will oder nicht ist zu Ende.
Aber nach meiner Meinung war die Um*rage gar nicht gültig, und ich kann folgende Punkte aufzählen die dafür sprechen :

- Die Um*rage wurde zu Spät Veröffentlicht.
- Die Beta wurde nur von Spielern gespielt, die es mögen.
- Spieler die es nicht gut finden, haben die Beta nicht mehr als 1x Besuch*.
- Die Um*rage musste viel besser Dargestellt werden.

Beispiel :

Wenn ich in ein Restaurant gehe, das ich noch nicht kannte und dort mit Freunden eine Pizza Essen gehe.

Und ich merke das nach dem Besuch die Pizza gar nicht gut war, aber meinen zwei anderen Freunden, hat sie gefallen.

Dann gehe ich nicht mehr ins gleiche Restaurant, sondern nur noch meine Freunde gehen dort hin.

- Dann ist doch klar, das wenn die Um*rage Veröffentlicht ist, und ich nichts davon weis, und nicht abstimmen kann, weil ich nicht mal dran denke überhaupt wieder in das Restaurant zu gehen.

Also nach meiner Meinung, hätte auch eine Um*rage starten können auf der Startseite, und nun kommt wieder die sache mit denn manipulieren.

Wir sind im Jahre 2012 und mit der Technology genug weit, um eine Um*rage zu starten an der nur jede Person eine stimme hat, weil nach der Stimm Vergabe die IP-******* des jenigen blockiert wird.

Also muss mir niemand sagen, das hier irgend was manipuliert werden kann.

A petition for the Old Combat/2006Scape is never going to work or even be implemented.

1. Runescape is what it is for the NEW CONTENT it brings every single week, I love to see many new things to play each week, it is what keeps me playing 8+ years now. With these Old Combat/2006Scape sservers, I highly doubt Jagex is gunna update it weekly for your benifit, ther-for miss out on all quest releses, new graphics, new bosses, new this and new that.... all for what? A different style of combat and a nostagic way to play?!?

2. I bet you that maybe less than half of the current active members that play daily want to play Old Combat... if so they will play on these servers and not play on the Real servers of RS, ther-for ruining the game they hope to keep alive for so many people. You will degrade the "real" servers into something barren, and Runescape thrives on the player base. Prove me wrong if this point is wrong, haha

3. What about the availablity of playing on these said Old Combat/2006Scape severs, will they be 2000 cap players? How many will play on them? If you say make 5 servers, thats 10k people MAX, not to mention the lagg and over crowdedness of everything in-game. Suit yourselfs if you want that to happen, be my guest.

Overall, what Im saying is *hat a petition to bring something back is useless and will destroy the one thing you want to preserve. Change is always needed and this change is well needed, in my opinion and in many others •--- Old Nairb

Uruk Hai, a game is supposed to be kept up to date i agree with that. The thing is, they didn't just update Runescape- They changed it completely for me, since i only do combat. I miss playing runescape and im willing to fight for that, if Jagex ***ted to implent such major changes then they should have made a second game instead of ruining for all those that liked the current game's basic princible combat system!

Jagex, your recent system update has shown me one thing.

Before I was kicked offline, 75,000 people online. hour later 45,000 people online.

I know the bots can't get on until someone notices it was logged out due to system update. THATS ALOTTTTA BOTS.

@PestLordXian, you obviously have not read every page as i have, most are not asking to get rid of EOC they are merely asking for separate servers to play on, basically its not OUT WITH THE OLD IN WITH THE NEW as you put it, its keep both, keep everyone happy and make money from both.
